Weekly Rentals only - Saturday to Saturday - $1200/week may include additional charge for cleaning depending on number of bedrooms used.

Deposit Required:
We require a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking your stay to hold that week. Full payment is required two weeks before your stay. If you have to cancel your reservation and we can not re-book your week, a $100.00 service charge will be held and the remaining deposit returned to you. Please make all deposits payable to Jeff Axline and mail to 4660 Milford Court, Jefferson, MD 21755. Phone: 301-748-0031. We may also ask for a $200.00 security deposit that we will hold until after your stay to insure that there are no damages to the house.
All bedding, linens, and towels are in the home for your use. We even have some beach towels which are usually located above the washer and dryer. This is all there for your use.
We ask that you empty and clean the fridge, start the dishwasher, and strip the beds of dirty sheets that were used placing all sheets and dirty towels by the washer for the cleaning person. Please remove all trash from the unit and place in the dumpster in the parking lot before leaving. The cleaning person will wash all floors, vacuum, clean toilets and showers and wash and replace all linens and towels.
