Barefoot At The Beach!

Our well decorated, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, townhome has soaring ceilings and an open design. The bedrooms have a total of 8 beds (King, Queen, 2 doubles, 4 bunks). Situated just off of the Norman Course, from the screened in lanai appointed with Hampton Bay outdoor table and chairs you can enjoy the sound of the everflowing fountain on the pond.   Within steps of the front door is the Heron Bay/Egret Run swimming pool for your enjoyment.

We love our kitchen!  Everything you could possibly need right down to the beautiful Patio Garden Pfaltzgraff design dinnerware.  Toastation, coffee pot, blender, microwave and plenty of utensils and cookware.  We've even stocked it with bakeware for those late night brownie attacks or that big pan of hot lasagna for the whole family!  The dining table seats 6 or 8 with the leaf from the master bedroom closet added in.  There are also 4 bar stools at the bar height countertop right next to the dining area so seating 10-12 is no problem.

We have created two living spaces for those times when the kids want to watch one thing and you want to see something else on the TV.  The main living area is a very large, open space with soaring ceilings and directly attached to the kitchen and dining area.  A 42" HDTV flat screen, DVD and sound system makes it the place to catch a round of PGA golf or your favorite movie. Rent a movie at the Redbox located conveniently at the Walgreens or the Bi-Lo and enjoy!                                

               The second living area is at the opposite end of the home with a large flat screen 40" TV great for viewing a movie, gaming (you bring along) The room is open with easy soft furniture - a perfect place for a board game or card game which you will find along with the DVD player under the TV console. 

In the upstairs loft area you will find a small quiet area for reading, and WIFI is available throughout the home so bring your laptop if you really want to be connected :-).
